A remarkable reinterpretation of a modern icon. Distilled in 1998 at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, this 25-year-old single rum was finished in an extraordinary Mizunara oak cask from Hokkaido. Before housing this unique rum, the cask was seasoned with 25-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry from Jerez, then used to mature an award-winning Islay single malt from Bowmore. This layered cask history imparts a singular complexity to the final spirit - a fusion of Bajan rum elegance, sherry richness, and subtle peated depth.

The result is a stunning confluence of cultures and flavors - the spice and incense of Mizunara oak meets the depth of aged sherry, all built upon the powerful tropical backbone of Foursquare’s iconic rum. Bottled in 2024 at 52.5% ABV, this single cask release is among the oldest and most distinctive bottlings from Barbados to date.

Selected and bottled in an exclusive collaboration between Distilia, Silver Seal Whisky, and East Asia Whisky, this edition reflects a bold, refined vision of cask finishing - layered, expressive, and utterly singular. The label is printed on exceptional japanese washi paper, emphasizing the artisanal care and rarity of this release.
