Bruichladdich 10yo 43% Single Malt is an unpeated whisky from the Bruichladdich distillery, similar to its island neighbor, Bunnahabhain. Originally made for blending, Bruichladdich distillery was shut down by Whyte & Mackay in 1995. Acquired by Murray McDavid in 2001, it later produced the peated Port Charlotte and Octomore single malts. A Lomond still at the distillery also produces Botanist gin. Bruichladdich 10yo Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 1980s was officially imported to Italy by Rinaldi, Bologna.
