This 1996 vintage rum boasts unique aromas from British Guiana. Its orange label pays tribute to Yesu Persaud, a respected Guyanese figure born in the Diamond plantation. Distilled with water from the Demerara River, Diamond 1996 is a rare rum, and in 2004, Velier de Luca Gargano acquired a stake in Demerara Distillers Ltd, the world’s largest producer of DEMERARA old rum.
