This Karuizawa is the epitome of rare Japanese whisky, because the distillery shuttered its doors in 2011, despite a decade-long hiatus in whisky production. This Noh series bottle, from a single cask, was distilled in 1981 and aged for 31 years in cask #4676. A true Karuizawa rarity, limited to just 186 bottles.
