The Third Release 2017 – Golden Geishas
In 2017, Elixir Distillers introduced the Golden Geishas series. This release marked the first time the bottlings were given a premium color identity, with gold symbolizing the opulence and prestige of the Karuizawa distillery. The labels feature an image of a Maiko, a young Geisha in training, depicted with her eyes closed.
Elixir Distillers also added more detailed information to the labels, such as the vintage year and the number of bottles produced, which is engraved above the back label.
