Caroni Single Cask
Le rhum Caroni , une légende née d'une distillerie trinidadienne oubliée, a conquis les cœurs. Le comté de Caroni, nommé d'après la rivière Caroni , était une région historique de Trinité-et-Tobago. S'étendant des collines de la chaîne centrale aux plaines et aux marais de Caroni, il présentait une grande diversité géographique.
En 1923, Caroni a vu le jour sur le site de l'ancienne sucrerie Caroni.
